When I was searching for a vehicle I decided to call her up and see what was available. It turned out that a car just came on the lot that was exactly what we were looking for. We said we were interested and she automatically held it for us to view. We went down and talked and saw the vehicle and was indeed what we needed. I feel she went out of her way to save this car just for us. She was extremely professional and we came to an agreement for us to buy it. Enter Jolene..she was just as professional and we went through the process of the financials. Jolene made us feel comfortable and gave us options for the purchase. Turned out Lakehead Motors had a promotion for buying cars and ended up winning 300 dollars to put towards future expenses related to the car. After everything was done Anna and Jolene I feel went above and beyond to get us in this vehicle. After all the paperwork was done we were surprised that they gave us some extra coverage such as road side assistance for the full loan term. Was very impressed. Fantastic Crew My primary vehicle had died and I had a deal with my wife that I could get a truck once it but the dust. I tend to do a lot of online shipping, so I instantly loaded up Lakehead Motors' website, followed by the sites of other dealerships in town. The first thing I would like to mention is the ease in which I could browse their site on both my laptop and my cellphone (and my ipad...I did a lot of research). After exhausting links and sources and research articles, my vehicle choices consisted of either a Chevy Silverado or a Dodge Ram. I have friends who own both and I discussed the options and handling and gas mileage with both of them. Still not satisfied, I went back to researching again. There was one truck on the Lakehead Motors website that kept catching my attention. It was a black, 2013 Ram 1500 Tradesman Edition. The only thing that kept me from pursuing it was the fact that it had a V6 rather than a V8...and I kind of wanted that vroom vroom. Then I remembered my Dodge friend mentioning that he dealt with Anna Seabrook and she helped get him into his Ram. So I contacted her and I had a meeting with her the next day. Anna was very accommodating with my work schedule and life schedule (we just had a baby a few months prior). She explained the differences in the engines to me and even had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. She let me put the baby seat in and the wife and baby joined us for a drive. I was hooked. We went back to the office and went over some paperwork. When she wast at her desk, the other employees never ignored us either. They came up to us and asked us about the baby and pointed out where we could get water and coffee and offered to get it for us. I've walked into dealerships before and had people just completely ignore me. This was definitely the best experience I have ever had and I love my Ram 1500. Note: Its a used truck and used vehicles sometime develop problems quickly depending on the circumstances. Since purchasing the truck, I brought it in one time for service because I noticed a wierd noise. The service department was an absolute pleasure to deal with and they had me fixed up in no time at all. Plus it was covered by my awesome warrantee that got transfered to me.
