I brought my car in twice for service for the same issue, and each time the parts was not there. then I finally have a battery issue they claim is the problem but held my car without telling me what actually and each time the parts was not there. then I finally have a battery issue they claim is the problem but held my car without telling me what actually was happening. I am still waiting and no one calls you back and being that it is the only car i use for the family has become an inconvenience which they could care less for. More

I have purchased three cars from this dealership but have had them do all of the servicing on the four bmw's I have owned. This repeat business should be the highest compliment I could pay them. I had to call in late for my service appointment while on my way from Abbotsford to Vancouver as the traffic was terrible. The woman on the phone was extremely accomodating and moved my appointment by an hou my way from Abbotsford to Vancouver as the traffic was terrible. When I arrived I was facing a very tight schedule as I had to back in the Valley for an appt. Philip Chen assured me that he would accomodate my schedule and did so. Even though it was generally a three hour service call he made sure that it was rushed through and finished in 2 1/2 hours. Joseph, who drove me to the public library so that I could work was courteous and friendly and was there to pick me up at exactly the right time and in the place arranged. My car is running very smoothly now and it was a pleasure to drive it back to the Valley. I'm very happy with the service I received. More
