The staff went above and beyond to give the best customer service. I went in there looking at two vehicles, but as a single mom, they suggested a different vehicle that they thought would be better suited f service. They listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect vehicle for my needs and my budget. They worked hard to get me the best financing rate. The staff went above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealership. Our experience with Royal Ford over the years has been excellent. We purchased a new 2013 Mustang Boss 302 in the School Bus Yellow which is a beautiful car. Unfortunately there was a small dent on the passenger door which is being rectified. John was our salesman and his help to get everything resolved was excellent. I took my 2012 Fusion there last week to have its first oil change done, the appt was for 2:30, well they didnt get it in until 3:00. Under 15 minutes later my car was supposedly done. So I asked the mecha oil change done, the appt was for 2:30, well they didnt get it in until 3:00. Under 15 minutes later my car was supposedly done. So I asked the mechanic if he did the 12 point inspection and rotated the tires and he said "yes" So I spoke with the service manager and he agreed that the mechanic couldnt have done all that work in that time frame. He apologized and sent my car back in to complete the work. When that was done I went out to my car and there was an oily handprint (which looked purposely placed) on my fender, and looked under the hood and oil spilled all over the place. The service manager again apologized and gave me a "Royal Car Clean Voucher" Which I appreciated. I took my car in for this car clean and 3 hours later it was supposedly done. So I get the keys and go to leave with my car and right away notice under the rear bumper wasnt even washed! I look over the rest of the car and there is still bugs all over the front of the car and windshield, dirty streak marks on both sides of the car, windows were full of streaks and the trunk wasnt vacuumed either ( I spilled a flower pot in there) Thats the great service you get at this dealership, NEVER AGAIN!!! More

We just had our 2 vehicles serviced at Royal Ford in Yorkton. I have been to a few other ford dealerships but when we go to Royal Ford what I really notice above all other dealerships or other businesse Yorkton.
