Robin was a pleasure to deal with as well as everyone else. I have never purchased a car site unseen before and I really appreciate purchasing from a stand alone dealership. You just don’t, get that personalized service feeling from a multi dealer company. Your staff also arrange hassle free transport of the car to me in Edmonton. It brought me back to when I apprenticed @ Kentwood Ford ( then solely owned by Ken Haywood). I’ve been looking for this car for a bit of time now. It’s been hard to find in the Lusso model with a 6 speed standard transmission. It’s beautiful especially with the low mileage ! Thanks Brian More

Took my truck in because a check engine light came on. After being in the shop for weeks and finally receiving updates from someone who clearly did not understand vehicles I was told I needed a new engine After being in the shop for weeks and finally receiving updates from someone who clearly did not understand vehicles I was told I needed a new engine. Nearly $19k later and another few months which I could thankfully go without a vehicle for, it’s done and running again, but with a broken mirror which was not the case when it was brought in. Even being a loyal customer and spending that much money while waiting on them to fix it they did not fix what they broke free of charge and I had to seriously haggle them down to not spend another $300-500 on their mistake while also receiving attitude about it. During the same week my parents took their truck in to have a turn signal bulb changed which they misdiagnosed and thought was a wiring / socket issue (it was a second bulb that somehow went missed. Not a good look), and a door sensor changed which after getting their truck back they can no longer unlock or lock the door with either the button on the remote or the buttons on the door, all for the low price of $400. More
Everything went well, above and beyond! Besides the service being completed within the suggested time frame, we are grateful they noticed 2 lug nuts were missing and the rest were loose. Left my truck in for an oil change, came back to two different items worked on and no oil change. Ford installed my truck liner and they didn’t set my tail hair right so I have to pay again apparently. different items worked on and no oil change.
