I was very disappointed in my Recall Appointment as the work was not completed at Terrace Totem Ford. Living in Northern BC, for me, to get to the nearest dealership is a 6 hour ferry ride followed by 2 h work was not completed at Terrace Totem Ford. Living in Northern BC, for me, to get to the nearest dealership is a 6 hour ferry ride followed by 2 hours of driving. I booked the recall appointment nearly 3 months in advance, to be told they did not have the parts on hand to do the work was infuriating and the clerk indicating that "they have a million dollars worth of parts in stock" was a curious justification. I guess for me, not the right parts...and wouldn't Ford pay for the recall parts not the dealership? The offer to bring my truck back, again, at my own expense and time was not appreciated. I love my F150 Lariat but this customer service was an embarrassment to Ford and Customer Service in general. More
