I’ve had consistently positive experiences with Terrace Totem Ford. It’s clear the dealership understands the unique needs of the Northwest BC region—offering a solid range of vehicles and support services that align well with local conditions, industries, and lifestyles. One area I’d like to offer constructive feedback on is specific to Pre-Paid Maintenance (PPM) customers. As someone who lives over 150 km away, I’ve found it logistically challenging to access routine service appointments. With the demands of full-time work, family commitments, and travel, coordinating scheduled maintenance can become disproportionately difficult. While the Quick Lane department consistently delivers high-quality service, the current requirement to pre-book even basic lube, oil, and filter (LOF) services creates a barrier—especially given that "Quick Lane" typically implies drive-thru or drop-in convenience. Suggestion for Improvement: I’d recommend that Terrace Totem Ford consider offering “Pre-Paid Preferred Customer” status for its prepaid maintenance clients. This could allow dedicated drop-in availability for oil changes and routine LOF services—honoring the original spirit of Quick Lane, while providing additional value for customers who’ve committed to the dealership long-term through pre-paid maintenance packages. Overall, I remain a satisfied customer and appreciate the service team’s hard work and courtesy. This suggestion is offered with the intent to enhance an already great customer experience and support those of us who travel long distances to stay loyal to Terrace Totem Ford. More

I was given a courtesy ride as well, and Clarence was wonderful. Prompt, friendly and made sure I got to and from work safely. I trust ford and will always take my vehicle there. More

Friendly fast service . Was a air bag recall . Only issue was 1 1/2 years pryor the airbag did not arrive for tha appointment booked . Was told that they would call me when Was a air bag recall . I was very disappointed with Totem Ford. I brought my car in for a wheel alignment and came out with a car that pulled to the right and had a crooked steering wheel. I asked if they had test driven the car, they said 'ooh yes'.But if it had been you would think a specialist in wheel alignment would notice such a thing Especially after I told them the initial problem was that it pulled to the right. I asked for a rear seal to be replaced, they chose to not do it without calling me despite being reassured they would call me if there were any issues. They never called. I saw the vehicle sitting in the lot for over an hour before I decided to go wait at the dealership. Stayed 15 min and went to speak with the young man at the desk who seemed surprised to see me. He said it was all done! But it cost $600 more than the estimate! This was for having less work done and a sloppy wheel alignment. Very disappointing. They just seemed to roll right over me never communicating with me, giving me inaccurate quotes. More
