The problem being the only dealer within several hours you are at the mercy of incompetent service personnel with the I'm the only game in town so live with it attitude. Recently I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a safety and oil change and tire change on my truck , when it arrived at the appointed time there was no appointment booked and this caused me a great deal trouble. In retrospect I new I should have called and confirmed later but since I had been on the phone with the employee for twenty minutes to arrange all this I assumed it would be taken care of but I was wrong. The useful thing about a smart phone is the call logs it shows 2 calls to the dealer that day the first as always happens the service dept didn't answer so the receptionist took my number and said they would call back, which they never do, so I called back in an hour or so and made the appointment. I have been trying to get a clearance light from them that seems to be impossible to find as well as 2 recall issues they can't find either. I went to the GM dealer and got all that done the next day . it makes me sorry I bought a dodge and bought extended warranties when I have to travel 7 hours to the next reputable dealer I know why GM and Ford are so big in this area.
