Had an appt for 10 they finally took the car in @ 12pm This place has gone down hill since new management took over. The service and people use to be very nice not any more. Made an appt. for 10 they didn't take the car in until 12 and then to top it off someone moved the car so they couldn't fine it for 5 minutes. My last 2 appts. have been both disappointing and terrible service. They do not honor their words either. I have purchased 4 cars here in the last 5 years. I will never deal with this place again. Save yourselves some aggravation, go elsewhere. More

He was very accommodating and provided an amazing price on the vehicles we purchased. He also had no problem answering all the questions I had and was eager to put in his personal recommendations. After purchasing, He also followed up with me directly later that evening and updated me on where they were in the approval process and when I can pick up the vehicles. He specially came to work on his day off to deliver us oir vehicle which was really nice of him. The fact that they had their entire team engaged in my purchase really showed the support that they give their customers. It was clear the staff at Team Hyundai has the customer's best interest at heart. More

Please take my advice and search for another dealership from which to purchase your car. If you buy it here, you will probably regret it like I have. More

Great Service. I had purchased a used Sonata from Team Hyundai a few years back and it was a great experience for me. The car was good for me at the time but now my I had purchased a used Sonata from Team Hyundai a few years back and it was a great experience for me. The car was good for me at the time but now my family has grown and it became time for me to start looking for something with more space. So of course the first place I went to was Team Hyundai. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a salesman named Faisal. I explained to him my situation and he understood right away what I was looking for. I really liked how he took the time to understand my situation and show me the perfect car that fit my needs. After the test drive I knew without a doubt that it was the car I wanted. The sales process was good as well. While Faisal was showing me the possible options, my car was being appraised. Afterwards he went to the manager and was able to get me the car within my budget. Three days later I went to pick up my brand new 2017 Santa Fe. Faisal showed me the entire car once again. We did a full walk around and he showed me all the features on the inside. He then took the plates off the Sonata and put them on the new car for me. This whole experience has been great and I can definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. I just want to say thanks again to Faisal and the Team at Team Hyundai for making this possible for me. More
