Rob and Joban went the extra mile to try to have some parts installed on my truck at my request but at the end of the day Ford Canada's pricing of the parts made the addition too cost prohibitive. Janie was very friendly and personable. She was very efficient with the finance portion of the process and it was a pleasure working with her. Dealership staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The building is very clean and well laid out. Some dealerships just feel too cramped but not this one. (The complimentary coffee is great by the way.) More
