Bumpy ride but the team can through I called to look at a focus RS and then from there met Aziz. He made me feel like he really cares about me and my purchase. He was great My dealing with finance was a little rocky. They took a few day to get back to me initially. Then when I flew down it to complete the financing they forgot to call me before hand to talk about different options. This came about when I saw the sign for ceramic coating. Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up my car that day because I decided to get 3m and ceramic coating. I asked if they would be willing to fly me back home in the meantime. The did so and offered to have someone drive the car up to Grande Prairie for me. We end up working out a deal where the pay to fly me back down. There was a gap but I feel they tried to make it right just unfortunately for me to fly down again and not have my car that first week. Pick ups and drop off dealing with Alex was great. More
