We had been to Team Ford for some maintenance on a vehicle we had years ago, the service was better than in Fort Saskatchewan which was closer to where we live. We came back to do a trade in and Vict vehicle we had years ago, the service was better than in Fort Saskatchewan which was closer to where we live. We came back to do a trade in and Victor was our sales associate and despite there being some issue with tires sensors not being programmed, we found that we were treated very well. We were given a loaner to ensure we had a vehicle and Victor was very helpful and seemed real. I do not enjoy the slick salesman and Victor wasn't at all. More

Victor was a wonderful sales rep, and ensured we felt taken care of throughout the entire ex bronco from team ford and Victor almost a month ago now.
