Knowledgeable staff that care deeply about their product and service. Chen was the salesperson that greeted me, and was instantly excited to give me information about a mustang that they had in stock that checked all of my boxes. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the process very simple. Jorge was extremely knowledgeable on the different payments that I was looking at, and fought his hardest through the bank for my best approval. Jorge outlined all of my warranty options, and was honest with me about the coverage levels. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and will be dealing with them in the future. More

almost a year and still nothing............. I have used team ford a couple of times as I like the go auto part of the dealer ship, although now they suck you in with that go auto claim and do al I have used team ford a couple of times as I like the go auto part of the dealer ship, although now they suck you in with that go auto claim and do all the paperwork under the team ford name, I worked with them over the phone to make my purchase, I explained that I had no trade as I was giving my 2011 ford to my father but that fact had to be explained to many people over many time consuming calls as sales people, managers and finance would not talk to each other and after purchase customer service is non existent except when it came to trying to buy there way out of a poor review. When the truck was dropped off I did not notice that the truck was missing many features my old one had that where requested and when I called to talk with manager he said the emails could not be found or had been erased so there was nothing he could do even if I sent copy's of mine it would only be a one sided story. Always go over paperwork as they sneak in extended warranty which tacks on 10000 to price and only repair I was cleared for was to do was a rear diff clutch pack at tops 2000 dollar repair Now I like ford in fact I love my fords but I'm having issues with my 2018 with 17000 km to date and that is the transmission makes a loud whining noise and makes a loud chattering noise when you let off the gas. I have taken it in to be looked at and have been told that that's normal (this info came from another dealership) and to bring it back in 60000 kms if it does not get better, funny thing is that's when warranty comes off. Last but not least always check out proper review sites that don't allow reviews to be bought and removed by company being reviewed. More
