Recently took my suv into team ford to have some work done on it. I received my suv back in the most worst condition and I am extremely unhappy. I would not recommend this location to anyone because they done on it. I received my suv back in the most worst condition and I am extremely unhappy. I would not recommend this location to anyone because they do not take pride in their work. Also, dealing with anyone at this location is always a bad experience. When an individual drops off their vehicles to have work done they should receive it back in the same condition if not in better condition. There should not be more problems with your vehicle as I am experiencing. Whoever worked on my vehicle was extremely rough and I have scratches all over, and inside my vehicle there are serval problems (THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN INSIDE MY SUV). Now to top it off the Engine light is on and my suv is shaking. I also tried to take my tires off and the lug nuts are so tight that I have to take my suv back to team ford, to have them take the lug nuts off which I’m nervous to because they already done such a poor job on everything else. Even when I tried to reach out to the General manager, all he had to say was there is nothing on file etc.. I know my own SUV, we are crazy about our cars and take pride in them. How i received my suv back that is not how I dropped it off. Its like its their word against mine and it’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never buy another vehicle from ford again, I’ll just got to Audi because they take pride in their work and I always have a good experience when it comes to my car. More
