Team Ford

Recently took my suv into team ford to have some work done on it. I received my suv back in the most worst condition and I am extremely unhappy. I would not recommend this location to anyone because they do not take pride in their work. Also, dealing with anyone at this location is always a bad experience. When an individual drops off their vehicles to have work done they should receive it back in the same condition if not in better condition. There should not be more problems with your vehicle as I am experiencing. Whoever worked on my vehicle was extremely rough and I have scratches all over, and inside my vehicle there are serval problems (THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN INSIDE MY SUV). Now to top it off the Engine light is on and my suv is shaking. I also tried to take my tires off and the lug nuts are so tight that I have to take my suv back to team ford, to have them take the lug nuts off which I’m nervous to because they already done such a poor job on everything else. Even when I tried to reach out to the General manager, all he had to say was there is nothing on file etc.. I know my own SUV, we are crazy about our cars and take pride in them. How i received my suv back that is not how I dropped it off. Its like its their word against mine and it’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never buy another vehicle from ford again, I’ll just got to Audi because they take pride in their work and I always have a good experience when it comes to my car. More

We recently had a terrific experience using Team Ford’s Fusion body shop. What a terrific crew! From the first connection to the final perfect pick up we were treated with respect, courtesy and a friendly Fusion body shop. What a terrific crew! Finally someone who did something I purchased my new F-150 around 5 month ago. The sales guy was far from great. His name is James. He never returned any phone calls and once my mon I purchased my new F-150 around 5 month ago. The sales guy was far from great. His name is James. He never returned any phone calls and once my money was handed over the service stopped. I noticed on the truck a small scratch on the drives door. James promised to get a guy to come out and buff it out. he said I will call you. Nothing even afterr going down to the dealership to confront him. Nothing. I returned to the dealership and talked to the Sales Manager Cory. He called me back and told me to be at the dealership at 4pm Friday afternoon. I went there at 4pm to find out Cory was not in and no one knew about the fix on my truck. No one would help me or even make a effort. This is when Martin Rosene heard me talking to another sales guy. He took matters into his hands and helped me out. He called the Fusion auto body and came with me to get the scratch fixed. He was awesome and if it was not for him nothing would have gotten done. Yet another waste of my time at the dealership. I will not return nor purchase anything from that place again. After you spend $70,000 this is the treatment I got. Horrible. Again a big hats off and a thank you to Martian being there for me. That dealership can learn from him and he was a god sent.
