My Brother resides in Edmonton, I was moving up North and he recommended that I buy a car from Teamford rather than bring on from Ontario. I got a Ford Escape 2015 used. It came with winter tyres and the sum he recommended that I buy a car from Teamford rather than bring on from Ontario. I got a Ford Escape 2015 used. It came with winter tyres and the summer tyres were loaded in the trunk. We asked them to change the tyres to the summer tyres since it is summer . They refused bluntly citing cost etc. The tyres were carefully wrapped up in plastic bag. I got a rude shock when I took it to Mr Lube to change The fraudulently concealed summer tyres were all bad ( four of them ) I have pictures , no wonder they refused to change them. The oil in the car was very black and could have knocked off the engine , the battery was bad had to change it . The air filter bad . Car was not serviced, they knew the summer tyres were total bad . I have just spent so much money fixing a car purchase from a supposedly good dealer . Be careful of these guys , they tried to sell some warranty to me by all means which I turned down. Very terrible experience , with these guys . when you go there check everything one after the other, you may end up spending your hard earned money to fix a pre owned car , that is suppose to come in good shape. They will come her me after reading this to make it look like they have reached out and it was nothing to worry about . Buyers beware!. I am going to look for a review that will allow me share pictures. They even put a report stating the car passed all the tests! Fraud ! More

HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ELECTRICAL ISSUES WITH OUR F150 SINCE BUYING FROM TEAM FORD. THE BATTERY WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE LONGER THEN 4 MONTHS. THEY CLAIM NOTHINGVIA EVER WRONG. I bought a vehicle there on April 30th 2021,I felt pressured into getting packages. Tyler Sendecki fraudulently told me in-order to get the loan I needed to have Ford Maintenance Protection Plan and e pressured into getting packages. Tyler Sendecki fraudulently told me in-order to get the loan I needed to have Ford Maintenance Protection Plan and extended warranty. He also told me Team ford don't sell their vehicles unless there is Anti-theft and Tire/rim protection. The next day May 1 2021 when I returned to pick up the documents I told Tyler Sendecki I don't want the packages. He said there's nothing he can do because I have already signed the paperwork. I called TD Auto finance on May 4th 2021 and they told me having these packages was not a condition in-order to get the loan. I was able to recover money from other packages Tyler told me was a condition for me to get the loan. TD confirmed it wasn't and gave me number to contact the other insurance companies. Tyler then reached out to me on May 10th and have refunded me the Anti-theft and tire/rim protection, but refused to refund FMPP package. On May 10th 2021 I gave a review on Google letting others know team ford lied to me and pressured me into getting packages. Krystal reached out to me and I told her that I wanted a refund. Today May 14th 2021 the manager from team ford contacted me and builled me over the phone. Asked me to answer him if and he ever fraudulently or pressured me into getting the package. Won't let me talk and hung the phone up because I refused to agree with him.I called TD Auto finance on May 14 the 2021 and they advised me to contacted Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council. I have filed a complain with them And have written a letter to Ford motor company of Canada, I will also look into getting a lawyer to recover this money and the pain team ford have put me through. I refused to be frauded and I am here warning others to be careful of team ford. Avoid them at all cost. I will never buy from team ford again. More
