I purchase my truck from Ford and wanted service from a dealership closer to home. At first the service was good while the truck was under warranty. After that it went steadily down hill. I had my truck service many time over the years and I have not taken it back there for a couple years now. I thought I would try one more time however again terrible customer service, took vehicle in for diagnostic and an electrical issue that was caused by the last service and by about 3pm did not hear from anyone as to anything so I called. Service person told me that the technician had not looked at it yet and didn't seem to care or wanted to find out when the work would be done. So called Service Manager and 1 hr and 15 mins later I have not heard anything about my vehicle. Great Service indeed! More
