In addition, when an extended warranty was presented to me in great detail, the fact that there would be a $500 deductible applied for each and every repair under the 'warranty' was omitted from the discussion. I noticed that only when presented with paperwork to sign, and when I expressed my surprise and disappointment that the finance manager had not given me that information, I was told that he 'forgot' to advise me of that 'small detail'. Small detail?!?!? It could have cost me thousands of dollars more than had been budgeted for. Again, pleasant people to deal with but buyer beware. More
