Jessica always ensures there is a thorough diagnosis on the vehicle and communicates frequently with us about what is needed. Any cost-incurring repairs have always been run by us, she can text a price and even sends an email with the quote. Team Ford provides rentals when vehicles are in service and even washes your vehicle for you before returning it. Jessica makes sure your warranty is upheld and honoured, and this isn't a dealership that gouges on cost. They have beat non-dealer shops in price every time we've had our cars in. More
