Review of Team Ford Trade in value was $21k for. vehicle that I could have sold for $42-45K but because of the so called convenience I expected I went with trade in. I negotiated for $450 bi-weekly payments but with all the extras that Ford pushes on you that ended.up being $547 in the end. I knew in advance I didn’t require the insurance that they snuck in on me last time do they weren’t going to do that to me this time. This is the third time I’ve gone back to Team Ford so I must like the service I get here. The salesman was eager to please, went out of his way to ensure I was happy so he gets 5/5. The one thing I’m not happy with is that any dealership should really give the true value of financed payments before the buyer signs paperwork. Had I slept on it - the decision would have been different. Not Salesman’s fault though as debt load is what increased the payments. Also, I spent a 1/2 day getting information to the insurance company as the finance person couldn’t fax the bill of sale. This is something that I wish Team Ford could have did for me. I am overall satisfied with Team Fords service and works still recommend to family & friends (with some advice). More

Top class service The sales guy (Cory) was one of the most honest and hardworking ppl I’ve ever met. He picked me up whenever I needed a ride to the dealership. He heard what I wanted and delivered to precision! I would’ve paid him another commission if I didn’t go broke from buying the truck lol. Erin, the finance lady was extremely accommodating! She was friendly and sweet. One negative though is that she assumed I knew all the info and what it all meant so I ended up getting a whole bunch of extras I didn’t particularly need. I did initial without reading deeply so I bare the responsibility. More
