disappointing first called Saturday as my engine light came on and the car started to shake and almost died. The woman that answered was rude and not helpful in th first called Saturday as my engine light came on and the car started to shake and almost died. The woman that answered was rude and not helpful in the slightest. This was at 330 pm she said nobody was around that could help me and to call back Monday. I called back around 9 am this morning, was told by a woman she would have someone call me back, needless to say I am still waiting. This has happened before. Meanwhile I have been using cabs to do my errands as I don't want to risk making things worse with the car. You would think when you spend over 40 thousand on a car that is still under warrantee you would get better service than that. Totally not impressed. More

Bad advisor team I have get there to do the service on my truck and they misguide me to do some packages and said that will be cheaper if you do that instrad of regula I have get there to do the service on my truck and they misguide me to do some packages and said that will be cheaper if you do that instrad of regular service So i said yes do it But once they made a final invoice it was double the charges i was expecting All other dealership do the service at $120 with synthetic and they done fro 415 So i will never sugges to anyone this dealership They are ripping the pockets of peoples Very bad service experience Last visit no more More
