Eric was extremely helpful, as I brought my car in for a Service 3 that another dealer charged me for, but didn't do. Eric made sure there was documentation of this, including photo and video that I was able to submit to Hyundai Canada. Unfortunately, #HyundaiCanada treated me very badly and will do nothing to hold the other dealer to account. Surgenor, however, is to be commended for the integrity and transparency they showed. They do well if they are showing their appreciation for associates like Eric. Evidently, nearly not every #Hyundai employee demonstrates his attention to customer care (to Hyundai's peril). More
