He is amazing, friendly, professional, as well you feel as if he truly cares about you as a person, you're not just a "sale". Our sales agent was a gentleman by the name of Chad. Again we can not praise him enough. He was just as wonderful as Dave himself. The service Manger at super daves in Dartmouth offerd our little boy healthy snacks out of his own lunch box as well as played with our 5 month old son while we handled the paper work for our new vehicle. We did not have good credit by any means. Although they treated us we respect and we were in and out extremely quickly with smiles on our faces. This is not just another car dealership. They are there to help I was in need of a car in the worst way. He told me he wasn't sure if he would be able to help, but would let me know. Then next day Chad emailed me saying they could help me out. A week or so later I went in and drove away in a 2009 Kia Rio. Everyone there is so nice, they try and do everything they can to help. I am so glade that I found them. Chad was very helpful, and even though they were busy (good sign), took the time to answer my concerns. I can't really comment on the actual car itself, as it was the personal car of Mark, the mechanic. Mark was very well informed about the car itself from a mechanical point of view and promised to replace a wiper motor when it arrives. This was the first time I had bought a car from a dealer---one hears all kinds of horror stories about people's experiences. Super Dave's would certainly not fit with any of these stories I would definitely recommend this dealarship. More
