a long time issue resolved My rating is for the most recent two visits only After several visits to the Mazda dealers in Calgary and Sundance and reporting an flaw in the lea My rating is for the most recent two visits only After several visits to the Mazda dealers in Calgary and Sundance and reporting an flaw in the leather upholstery each time, pictures were sent away and I was told that it was my fault. I had it professionally repaired for $175.00 and the same thing happened again. The last visit Jennifer heard my issue and was able to present my case in order to have it replaced for me. The service visit to have it replaced was done in record breaking time by Hadi and I left, a very pleased customer. Karen More

We went to Sundance Mazda and Steven RedFearn (one of their Sale Rep) went outside to meet me and my Mom even though we did not have any appointment as soon as he saw that my Mom needed help from her walker. From then on, he was very helpful and assisted us in choosing what we ended up buying which was the 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 GT with the technology package. He explained all the options we have in terms of what we needed and looked for in the car. He also assisted us in terms of how we would be able to finance the car. During and after test driving the SUV, Steven took the time to go through how all the technology works. Before the end of the day, we went home with this beautiful SUV in the color we want, with all the gadgets and accessories we were looking for and much more. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. Having drove one for 18 years is already a testament of itself of the car brand's reliability but to meet highly professional, friendly staff all willing to help while we were there - from the receptionist, to Brad, the Business Manager, to Darius, the Account Manager, and finally to Hussain, the Assistant Sales Manager who congratulated me on the purchase…all made our visit a very pleasurable one. A week later, the additional accessories were added and completed on the vehicle and the service and parts personnel were very courteous and helpful whether on the phone or in-person. Louis who drove me home and picked me up later was such a wonderful guy who taught me the best route to get to the dealership from my home. All in all, my entire experience with the staff at Sundance Mazda has been wonderful and commendable. Thanks a lot guys for such an awesome customer service!!! More
