Carfax only had the original servicing on drop off and then the servicing at Sun Valley Honda on June 8, 2021. We were told that the car was fully inspected but given no paperwork? Also told that the oil had been changed. About a month after having the vehicle when you made a hard left turn there was a scrapping noise. Upon taking the vehicle to the Nissan dealer here it was discovered that there was a screw driver in the wheel well of the rim and it had also wrecked the tire, as well the oil maintenance light was on and it was far to early if the oil had been changed. We only drove the vehicle about 2,000 Km?? The manager of Sun Valley Honda was in full denial of any responsibility for either of the above issues, said we must of picked up the screw driver and that it is not unusual for high performance vehicles oil to get dirty sooner. He could use some people skills too! I was a Honda owner once and never liked the service at this dealership, in fact I wanted an Acura and the only reason I didn’t get that was because I would have no choice but to go to Sun Valley Honda. Won’t ever be back, love my Infinity, glad to not have to deal with these people ever again!
