We all know Subaru is a great car, so I am not going to talk about the car here. My comments will be focused on Price and Service. Price: Making money is not easy, so I have tried my best to find a good deal. By working with 4 Subaru dealers, I got the best quote from this dealer. Price from one of the other three dealers was almost $1,500 higher and was so firm, I really could not understand why so. Experience: The sales gentleman helped me with my order in Subaru of Mississauga is Darryl C.J Monisse. Darryl understands the true feeling of a customer: During the negotiation, I switched from mid level model to basic model for some savings although I really like the mid level one. Darryl understands my first choice is the mid level one, so did his best to make this happen. He said he would not feel good if a customer had to choose another car just because of a small price gap and not happy with that choice everyday for the following 10 years. I am very impressed by Darryl's service---do everything for the satisfaction of customers. Many thanks to Darryl and Subaru of Mississauga. More

I new what I wanted and wanted to speak with someone that is fair and willing to work with me on the phone. All other dealers seem to want to just beat the best offer. In other words, go do the work with someone else, and we will take a few bucks off. That was of no interest to me. I wanted to work with someone and Marc and Shawn (Sean) did just that! After that everything was golden, it was easy to work with them and they did all that I requested. More

Upon walking in to the dealership we were greeted by Marc Burton who asked questions as to what we wanted in a car and introduced us to the new 2017 Impreza. He explained all the features, safety ratings and also offered us to test drive the car. The beauty of this store is that the sales rep does not have come with you for the test drive so my wife and I were completely on our own (which is great as there is no sales rep breathing down your neck while you drive). We know that Subaru makes great quality cars but what was even better was the service. I can honestly say that I felt comfortable with Marc and the whole shopping->purchase process. I must say Marc Burton is truly fantastic at what he does as with Marc his focus is on the client and he truly believes in the product that he represents. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very patient which in turn helped us make a pressure-free, well informed and sound decision to go buy a Subaru. Marc was not pushy and he was easily accessible and quick to respond whenever we had a question for him. Our overall experience wth Marc and Alexandra who assisted us with the leasing paperwork was top notch and for anyone that is looking to buy a Subaru should buy from Marc and Subaru of Mississauga! He is extremely knowledgeable about the product, understood my needs and wants. He made the whole process a pleasant experience. He went out of his way to deal with my licensing issue to make sure I was problem free. I enjoyed a coffee and the beautiful showroom/dealership while I waited. Shawn Shahid (manager)was a great help and even answered my partner's question about his non -Subaru vehicle. Alexandra Markowska (Asst Bus manager) handled all the paperwork smoothly. Marc gave me a very detailed introduction to my new Forester and helped with many of the settings. He invited me to contact him anytime if I had a question or concern. I love my new Forester. I highly recommend Subaru of Mississauga, what a team! More
