Terrible customer service Don't go here to buy used vehicles unless you know exactly what you want and checked the carproof like I did before going in. Was told there was no previous accidents on the vehicle then embarrassed them by proving them wrong because I saw the carproof before hand. Don't trust the incentives posted on their ads such as 152 point inspection and $500 off for recent graduates. Once I had asked the price to be dropped they said those incentives were only valid with the listed price but did not indicate that on the ad or when talking to them. The salesman I had didn't do research, lied to me and didnt even know how a bill of sale worked. Phoned me two weeks after having the vehicle demanding I pay the dealership money that was owed without himself fully understanding why it didn't make sense. Lied to me over the phone saying I was charged for wheel locks and not the licensing which was owed. Which was complete xxxxxxxx because I never asked for wheel locks so then he proceeds to tell me they were free...when they probably just came with the previous owner... so then they threaten to repossess my vehicle if I don't pay the 167.00 for licensing that they forgot to ask for when I drove 3.5 hours to get the car. The salesman then tells me that the math works out but doesn't explain how over the phone so I had to do his job for him to make sure I did owe them $167.00. I did owe money apparently but what a mess. Love my car but the staff and overall customer service is very incompetent and rude. More
