I was happy that he provided me with a ballpark trade-in value over the phone and did not sway far from that price once he inspected the vehicle. I had already dealt with a local dealer and I wasn't happy with the games they were playing. I told Darryl exactly what I was looking for and he made it happen. He valued my time and appreciated my business. A few days after meeting with Darryl, I was driving away in a 2018 Outback 3.6R Limited w/ Eyesight. Barry Furukawa handled the paperwork for the warranties offered and did a fantastic job explaining the various options. I usually dread this part of the transaction, but Barry handled everything professionally and did not add any sales pressure. In my two visits to the dealership, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff here seem like a family and they have fun with each other.
