Pain Free Buying Experience. Being from Calgary my first contact with Subaru of Lethbridge Subaru was by phone. Talked with Joe and explained to him what I was looking for (2015 W Being from Calgary my first contact with Subaru of Lethbridge Subaru was by phone. Talked with Joe and explained to him what I was looking for (2015 WRX base model) and looking to trade in my Mazda 6 which was also purchased in Lethbridge. After a few emails and phone calls we agreed on a trade in value and ordered the new vehicle. I like dealing with small town dealerships, it's a nicer atmosphere. I wanted to get it tinted, mud flaps and hood protection so Subaru of Lethbridge had this done before I picked it up. Joe actually picked me up in Claresholm since I sold my trade in days before picking up the new vehicle. I decided to Finance the vehicle so I dealt with Jared and it was very easy and exactly what I ordered and agreed upon. Having purchased 3 other new cars in the last year, this was the easiest and stress free. After this Jon went through all the options of the vehicle which was very helpful. Since the purchase I have been contacted by several people from Subaru of Lethbridge which is nice to know they are still willing to help after the purchase. The new dealership is very nice and I will be trying to get my servicing done there too. More

Subaru again after "oh so many years" Having owned a Subaru many years ago,and finding it was time to retire our Jeep,we were told to check out Subaru of Lethbridge by a family member. We started the process with speaking to Jon.Jon took the time to help us nail down the unit we needed.Jon explained all the features of the Forester XT to my wife and I.He answered all of our questions and waited patiently to hear from us. Upon returning to Subaru to make our purchase,Jon and Jared helped immensely,as did Luke in sourcing the particular color we wanted. In our short time in dealing with Subaru of Lethbridge we have had the opportunity to speak with Romano,Kari and Trent as well,with all aspects of our purchase being handled in a friendly manner. With this vehicle back ordered for so long before delivery , I resorted to searching the internet. Luck would have it that there was one slightly used one at Subaru of Lethbridge. Jon and Jared were so helpful in the process, that we felt comfortable buying the CAR from them without even getting into it :) There's a little anxiety doing it this way but we felt well taken care of by Jon. He even drove it to Calgary to have it placed on the shipping train. I'm sure if we would need anything in the future regarding the purchase of this car they wouldn't hesitate to help however they can. I have been coming to this dealership for years and Romano and the service department has been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and I feel like Im among friends when I walk in. Jo Kadezabek is another of the main reasons this dealership deserves to be the best Subaru dealer in Canada. As a University student preparing to graduate I had approached Jo about upgrading my forester, and he was patient, knowledgable and absolutely the most friendly non-pressure sales person Ive ever dealt with. He was able to get me a great deal on my car, and was willing to go out of his way to try and get me qualified for as many rebates/discounts as possible (on top of the great price he already gave me). Jo treats you less like a salesman and more like a helpful friend, which was the main reason I decided to buy my new Forester from Lethbridge Subaru. Jared Ford was also extremely helpful and made my first ever car lease an easy experience. When I picked up my new car Peter went through everything with me and he was extremely friendly and helpful.
