Our dealings were done over the phone and by email as we are in Calgary. We were in constant contact and felt well taken care of even though we never stepped foot in the dealership until the vehicle was ready. They found the vehicle I was looking for in Regina and had it shipped and ready to go to in a week. Upon arriving at the dealership for pick up, we were welcomed with handshakes and introductions. Very friendly! Paperwork was ready to go but we never felt rushed. Jared was prepared, organized and took the time to explain the many documents in detail. Johnny was thorough when discussing the manuals and detailed when showing the vehicle. These guys are appreciative of the business and it's reflected in the service start to finish. The Outback is even more fun to drive knowing it was purchased through a reputable dealership and a great group of guys. We plan on making the easy drive to Lethbridge for servicing. I had been looking for a new Forester for about a year. I had been in the dealership for service more than once for my 2003 forester and was looking around each time. I finally found the one I was looking for. I found features on the 2003 model that were very good and even better on the 2015. I am very impressed with the CVT as it seems to work very well with the 2.5 l engine. Right now with only about 4000 km on the car I am getting aroud 32 to 36 mpg. The purchase was smooth and seamless and ll the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I purchase another Forester in the future it will be from Subaru of Lethbridge. More

This deal was actually initiated through the Davis GMC dealership in Lethbridge as I didn't know that Lethbridge Suburu was a part of the Davis Group. Final price was confirm through Luke. I then dealt with Jared and Peter at the dealership and both exmplified superior customer service and knowledge. The transaction was pretty much completed by email communication through Jared and all my questions on additional options were answered quickly and car was ready to go and options installed when I picked it up. Peter thoroughly reviewed and explained the functions on the vehicle. Friends question why I would drive to Lethbridge to purchase a vehicle and I tell them it's all about excellent customer service when you first purchase the vehicle and continuing thereafter. New Customer - New 2014 Legacy I was looking for a new car and it was the commercials that first started me thinking about the Subaru. It started with the overall safety rating of the vehicles and the appearance. I live in Calgary and looked at the reviews of the dealerships in Calgary compared to Lethbridge. Lethbridge had the best reviews. So I contacted them and set up a test drive for two vehicles, the new 2014 Legacy and the 2015 Crosstrek. Both are amazing vehicles but I settled for the Legacy, it was more me! The sales people were amazing. Helpful, patient, no pressure and gave me an excellent offer. The did their research to see I got the best financing rate, went through the car and explained all the features and told me to call if I needed help with anything. Since I live in Calgary they sent a driver to pick me up and bring me to the dealership on my schedule. We had a very nice man who made the trip to Lethbridge relaxing and pleasant. I would highly recommend speaking to the people at Subaru Lethbridge no matter where you live in the province if you are considering purchasing a Subaru. You will not be disappointed!
