Did not disappoint and would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a non pushy salesperson. Let me decide if I wanted the deal and when, after giving the information needed to decide. This smaller dealership was able to make you feel that they wanted your service and that they cared about you. Had check out another dealership and received the feeling they didn't really care about you, and maybe you were just a number, not so at Subaru. Dealing with Joe, Travis, and Jared they all made you feel very important and that they care. Out of a score of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best I would have to give them a 11. Jared did great with pricing a lease, then final signing came back with a better discount. GREAT JOB! More

I bought a 2008 Outback from a different dealership. My first dealings with this dealership were through the service department. I can say without reserve that Subaru is the only car I would purchase now. The friendly, competent service has been very important to me. This time I have chosen a XV Crosstrek and the process has been so enjoyable. Friendly, knowledgeable and so generous and patient. From the test drives to the orientation this morning, I felt free to ask questions and was comfortable even though I am not a quick study when it comes to cars. Johnny Vo was so patient and thorough. This was the very best introduction to a new vehicle ever. I look forward to driving my new Crosstrek and know I have a team of professionals ready to help me keep it in excellent condition.. More

The ratings were awesome so I expected alot from this dealership. I spoke with Travis over e-mail at first and he was extremely knowledgeable about his cars and was very fast at replying. He also always went into detail without overselling the car and also without seeming pushy. Once I arrived there it was an absolute wonderful experience. He was easy going, very honest and did not make me feel pressured at all. I find that this is very important especially as this is the first dealership that I have been too that did not have pushy salesman. It's a big decision purchasing a new car and he assisted me through the entire process of it, and made me feel like I had all the power in deciding. He also knew I was from out of town he worked diligently in answering all my questions, finding other types of cars for me not on the lot, working to get me many quotes, and also did not push me out the door which I found was awesome. He is also very personal in a professional sense in which he works and curves to what YOUR interests and needs are. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease during this process. 100% DO RECOMMEND! More

A weird sound, fixed with wonderful customer service I have a Subaru 2009 Limited. Concerns regarding odd sounds at certain speeds. Turned out to be a mix of old transmission fluid, break in flex pipe around the gasket/exhaust. Side issue: breaks Initially met Trent who very quickly helped me schedule a timely appointment. When I brought the vehicle in on the scheduled day, I met Chris who took the time to run down the day's plan and what they would be looking for. I received a timely call a few hours later describing the issue. In addition Chris went over the various solutions, alternatives and also addressed side issues of breaks being worn. This was much appreciated. Finally the estimate provided was very accurate and Chris made sure to provide a breakdown before and after the servicing of my car. Would highly recommend and if I am back in Lethbridge would definitely go back for future services. Thanks Chris! and Trent! More
