I had a great experience working with Raj throughout the process of purchasing my WRX. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and always easy to communicate with. My car ended up being delayed due to shippin process of purchasing my WRX. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and always easy to communicate with. My car ended up being delayed due to shipping issues that were out of his control, but Raj did his best to keep me updated throughout the entire process and always provided me with whatever information he had. I also really appreciated that he owns a WRX himself. It was nice working with someone who genuinely knows the car and could answer my questions from his own experience. He was always happy to help and made the whole process feel much more personal. Although there were some longer waits with the finance team, even with scheduled appointments, I understand that buying a car is a big purchase and appointments can sometimes take longer than expected. Everyone was friendly and patient with me throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and especially with the service I received from Raj. He made such a big purchase feel a lot less stressful, and I really appreciated his patience, communication, and help throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend asking for Raj if you’re looking for a Subaru, especially a WRX! More

We were treated exceptional by Jordana in the service department. She went to our vehicle to get all info and then set up the appointment with ease. She then proceeded to book an Uber for our return home department. She went to our vehicle to get all info and then set up the appointment with ease. She then proceeded to book an Uber for our return home that was waiting at the door. Check-in was a breeze. We received a text mid afternoon to update on progress. We were called that our vehicle service was completed and our car was wash washed when we arrived for pickup. All and all thank you to Jordana and the great service. More
