STRICKLAND AUTOMOTIVE LAKESHORE SEPT 28TH MY HUSBAND AND I WENT IN TO BROWSE FOR A NEW TRUCK, AFTER A VEHICLE WE WERE GIFTED FAILED A SAFETY. WE CALLED OUR FRIEND ERIC MOULTON WHO I SEPT 28TH MY HUSBAND AND I WENT IN TO BROWSE FOR A NEW TRUCK, AFTER A VEHICLE WE WERE GIFTED FAILED A SAFETY. WE CALLED OUR FRIEND ERIC MOULTON WHO IS A SALES REP AT STRICKLAND'S AND HE MET US EARLY (BEFORE HIS SCHEDULED SHIFT) TO HELP US FIND THE RIGHT TRUCK FOR MY HUSBAND. THEY HAD AN ABUNDANCE OF TRUCKS ON THE LOT FOR SALE AND SHOWED US ALL OF THEM. WHEN HE FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS MAROON COLORED RAM, HE TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND INSTANTLY LOVED THE FEEL OF IT. WHEN THEY GOT BACK ERIC INFORMED MY HUSBAND OF ANOTHER RAM FOR SALE FOR THE SAME PRICE WITH BETTER OPTIONS/FEATURES. ONCE HE AGREED TO TAKE THE OTHER TRUCK JOEL (STRICKLAND'S FINANCE GUY) STARTED THE APPLICATION AND WE WERE APPROVED IMMEDIATELY. BUT, NOT ONLY DID WE GET A GOOD DEAL THE FIRST TIME AROUND, JOEL WORKED HIS MAGIC AND GOT US AN EVEN BETTER INTEREST RATE!! THANK YOU TO ALL THE GUYS AT STRICKLAND'S LAKESHORE FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND HELPING US GET THROUGH WHAT COULD BE A VERY STRESSFUL TIME! BUYING A CAR WAS NEVER EASIER! THANKS AGAIN! Sneaky sales tactics I called Stricklin because of a vehicle I found online with super low kilometres for a really low price. They said they had the vehicle but when I go I called Stricklin because of a vehicle I found online with super low kilometres for a really low price. They said they had the vehicle but when I got there they all of a sudden didn't have the vehicle at that location but I had other vehicles with more kilometres for a higher price. We test drove the vehicle and it was a nice vehicle however not the vehicle we went intending to purchase. It had double the kilometres of the one we found online for about $5000 more than the one we found online, they advertise no Hagle pricing but it was anything but, they were trying to pressure us into buying this vehicle because it just conveniently since we were out on the test drive it dropped in price but was still more expensive and more kilometres on the vehicle they assured us they had, until we got there and they didn't have. I asked about that vehicle they said it was at another location and they would get back to me but after several phone calls with them I haven't received any information. Tony Periano was our sales person. Not very impressed about their sneaky tactics and I will not be returning because of their lack of professionalism and not getting back to us with the information they had promised to. More
