After my parents purchased a Hyundai from Steetsville Hyundai and said the experience was great I had to go and take a look for myself since I was in the market for a new car. They told me they dealt with Rizwan so I emailed him and he responded at a timely manner. As soon as I walked through the door I had the feeling I was in good hands. The receptionist was nice to go find Rizwan for us, and once he greeted me he was all ears for what my needs were. He didn't push anything on me that I didn't want which is a good change. I would definitely send anyone who are looking for a new Hyundai to go to Streetsville and ask for Rizwan. You won't be disappointed. More

About a year ago I took my 2005 Tucson for service and was told I needed new engine belts. All belts were replaced, but I had to go back because after driving for a short while, the belts became loose and was told I needed new engine belts. All belts were replaced, but I had to go back because after driving for a short while, the belts became loose and made a lot of noise and steering was erratic. This week I took the Tucson again for service, and was told I needed a new timing belt, spark plugs, cables and fuel injection clean up. Work was done but the AC belt was twisted and loose and caused the car not to be able to turn because steering was extremelly hard. I lost all confidence on this dealer service work as they don't seem to care about the safety of customers and quality of work performed. I will never return. More

Paulette Ferreira is very rude and raised her voice over a question I asked. I will never ever recommend that anyone do any service with Streetsville Hyundia. Had some snags with service department in arranging follow-up appointment to have the car re-detailed. No apology from the service dept for having to return to complete a prepaid (PDI) service. More

All the standard sales techniques go out the window with him and that's such a refreshing thing to experience. Even though I ended up with a different manufacturer (I prefered the handling)I have recommended him to many of my friends and family. His calm demeaner and great sense of humour made the car search at Streetsville one that I truly enjoyed. More
