Booked 1st appointment of the day. ..oil change and rotation of tires. Was told 1.5 hours required. Perfect I had clients in the City Calgary for noon. Dropped my vehicle off a ..oil change and rotation of tires. Was told 1.5 hours required. Perfect I had clients in the City Calgary for noon. Dropped my vehicle off at 8 am 11 am no communication patiently waiting on my vehicle, and courtesy pick up No answer @ Service department left 3 messages, called the Service Manager 11:15 am Service manager returned my call told me vehicles dropped off are noon pickups???? Not impressed. Pick up 11:15 am Truly, the employee I dealt with with at 8 am ignored me in the service department 2X his wonderful coworker reminded him professionally I was there to pick up my vehicle. Do not recommend this Business in my Community will not return to this business. More

Paul and his team (Lori, Adam, Cody and Kyle) did a fantastic job helping me get into an EV at a very reasonable price! Especially given the economics in this day and age.
