I bought a used kia sportage from them end of aug 2025. Their inspection showed it to be in great shape however we quickly learned it was not. We noticed it was burning oil badly. Took it to the kia dealership and they recommended a complete engine replacement. We contacted them and sent the pictures and report from the kia mechanics. We sent this to them sept 29 First it was the people who we need to talk to are out of town. We waited. And then nothing. Emails were ignored. Multiple attempts to contact our saleperson and no response. I can't afford to drop 10k on a car i just paid 16k for. Can't sell it and get enough to replace it without screwing another person. More
