Brought my BMW in for a second opinion on Alignment issue and they were able to fit me in while they were busy and had a knowledgable mechanic who knows a lot about other brands and fixed my car at substanti and they were able to fit me in while they were busy and had a knowledgable mechanic who knows a lot about other brands and fixed my car at substantialy less than the local BMW dealer. Highly recommend Scherers service dept along with thier pre owned dept where I have had family deal with in the past and were very happy with the service Provided by the staff. More

When I returned to pick up my 2012 Chevy Sonic after having its regular service -I walked into the Service Department -I counted 7 people behind the counter -1 man in front of me being served -I waited having its regular service -I walked into the Service Department -I counted 7 people behind the counter -1 man in front of me being served -I waited 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me -and then I was rudely asked if I was waiting for a pick up. I would definitely NOT recommend this Dealer just for the Customer Service provided. More

I had taken my 2007 Pontiac G6 in for service (there was a slight vibration on the steering and pulling to the left). They basically told me I needed all new ball joints and brakes (the brakes I understand a slight vibration on the steering and pulling to the left). They basically told me I needed all new ball joints and brakes (the brakes I understand and agree with) and tires/alignment. The woman in service was quite nasty and condescending. They quoted me over $2000 for all the work. I told them I was going to get a second opinion. I took my car into Woodside Tire in Kitchener and had all new tires put on for winter. This fixed the problem completely. I will never take my car to a GM dealer ever again. This is the second bad experience I have had. The first was with John Bear in Hamilton. More
