Just wanted to post a follow up of my situation, Steve Marshall and more specifically. Peter, called and made arrangements to have the truck detailed shortly after my story was brought to his attention. He more than made up for the situation through not only the exceptionial detail job, but also through his appologies and assurances that this is not the way they do business. Great guy, who I think is indicative of the kind of people Marshall wants to represent them; a stark contrast to the salesman I dealt with. He called, said he would do something, and followed through, as a result I'm happy. I'm 100% convinced it really was one bad apple that soured my initial deal. I will now, because of Peter, be back to Steve Marshall for my truck services and future vehicle purchases. I would have no reservations sending family and friends there now. Anyways, I just wanted to recant my initial review a bit, and tell the tail end of the truck purchase which ended up being a good experience. Thanks again Peter and staff, especially the detail crew.
