One of the worst Honda Dealer when are talking about customer servies. Shabir in finance department and finance manager proved themselves worst people to deal with and I don't know why the owner hired customer servies. I leased and Honda CRV from another dealer and talked Shabir over phone about finance buyout and he told me to bring safety with me from any Garage . But when I brouhht safety to their dealership and waited for more than one hour niether Shabir no finance manager agreed to meet me at Honda dealer and sent me back without giving any appointment and told me they would calle.later for appointment and never called me. Back. Actually they wanted me to do safety from their Honda dealership. But I didn't want to pay extra thousand dollar to get safety from their dealership. And it is not Honda company policy too. But fortunately Honda Meadowvale Missiauga solvedy problem and they accepted third party car safety and got a good finance interest rate for me. My experience with Meadowvale Honda is always brilliant. More

However I just noticed that my windshield is not a Honda product even though they mentioned that it was trade in with a windshield broken and now I experienced a frozen windshield inside and out which I never experienced it with my two cars that I got from the same dealer. Just hoping that they changed it or even told me that the quality of that windshield is not worthy for me to buy the CRV 2022.. just frustrated with this. More

This is our 6th Honda from this dealership. That alone should say a lot! We changed it up a bit this time, as we’ve had 5 Odysseys and now have a 2025 Passport and I’m loving it!
