Every member of the team has a “can do” attitude and works hard to retain their clients. The gentleman they call the “professional” spent a considerable amount of time teaching me how to configure the functions of the vehicle. He helped me to connect my phone to the vehicle and showed me the various applications, tools and safety / security features. I highly recommend More

Bought a 2021 Mercedes GLC 300 new at Star Motors. . We recently had issues with the parking Brake actuators. The service rep did not listen to my concerns at all and was very aggressive. They kept the . We recently had issues with the parking Brake actuators. The service rep did not listen to my concerns at all and was very aggressive. They kept the car for over a week and every day or so they they called me and explained we needed more parts. They replaced the wiring harness and told me it was only +/- $150.00 but they neglected to tell me it was another $1000 to install..this did not fix the problem so they continued replacing parts…both actuators (one was brand new prior to visit) then the replaced the calliper by the time we got our car back it cost us almost $3000.00..after. Complaining to the rep.and the manager we were told if we want to help diagnose we should sign up for Mercedes school…extremely disappointed customer and we are trying to sale the car due to the horrible service so we don’t ever have to deal with their trial and error incompetence again More
Been there for an issue but they were unable to find that issue moreover the representative at the service desk was not ready to listen and adamant. I told him (Lucky Patel) that I need to see his manager to what he responded his manager is busy in meeting. I waited nearly 30 mins and found his manager was talking to his colleagues/staff. I would not recommend this dealer for any service work More
Ripoff and relying on advice given to my detriment. Despite specifically asking if I had to worry about ‘remaining starts’ and told not to worry, my car shut down. With no option but to tow it to Star (proprietary technology) I was told it would cost me between $187-$375 plus tax, to push car into a bay for a diagnostic. I complained to Mercedes Canada and it seems, because I did not take my car back to Star for servicing, I am penalized (gouged). What next: charging me for parking when my car is on their lot on a factory recall. More

As a loyal customer of Star Motors of Ottawa for 20 years, I expect the highest quality of service and care for my vehicle. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed and let years, I expect the highest quality of service and care for my vehicle. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed and let down. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed that the works were incomplete. Despite their estimate indicating that all repairs would be completed, some of the issues I reported were not resolved. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part. I went to another Mercedes-Benz dealer for a second opinion for their works along with their advices on replacing the front struts of $5,000 and to find out that it was unneeded. The Service Manager, Gordie Tam, offered no apology and no compensation for works done to my car. This is not a trait of Mercedes-Benz! I no longer bring my car to this dealer. Never a loaner car available even though it is requested several times before the appt and at booking. Communication with the accounting dept was very frustrating and calls were not returned. Had to deal directly with Mercedes Canada to solve the situation. More
I called 4 times to finally book a service appointment Aug23. On August 16 They cancelled the scheduled appointment for an A service on my Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome. I am departing on a long trip in Aug23. On August 16 They cancelled the scheduled appointment for an A service on my Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome. I am departing on a long trip in late August. They left me high and dry and scrambling to find another service Centre. Last fall they booked me for a 9 am appointment, I explained That I live an hour out of town and would wait. At 3 pm they finally started the job, The job was finished after 5 pm. They informed me I needed extensive frontend work. On my trip to Florida I went to a truck center who put it on their alignment rack and advised everything was well within tolerance. A waste of $100 and 4 hours of my time. I will not be returning to Star Motors, the worst service I have ever experienced. More
