Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Stay far away. Trying to make a purchase from Salah for a S-Class turned into a complete nightmare. I was asked to leave a $1,000 deposit to hold the deal and had to provide my credit card info. I also had a vehicle to trade in, but got zero support. Sales manager Kass Moussa told me to just list it myself on a used car auction site because they didn’t want to deal with it. As the deal started to go sour I decided to cancel it. We got my $1,000 deposit back, and thought the matter was over. But the next day, while at a family gathering, I saw a $2,500 unauthorized charge on my credit card from the dealership. They’d used my card without my permission, and worse, it turned out they charged me for another customer’s transaction! I immediately contacted the salesman to ask why they still had my banking information after the deal was cancelled, and how they could possibly use it for someone else’s purchase. Instead of taking accountability, both the salesman and management downplayed the issue of the unauthorized charge. They then tried to shift the blame to the secretary, claiming she was new and would be fired, even though it was the salesman I’d given my credit card to in the first place. I waited to hear from the Sales Manager, Daniel Burnstein, hoping for a reasonable resolution. When he called, his attitude was shockingly dismissive and arrogant to the limit. The owners offered me a discount on an oil change as compensation. I refused. A fraudulent charge doesn’t get resolved with a discount oil change. This whole experience clearly reflects the culture and leadership at this dealership. Leadership sets the tone and here the tone was anything but professional. Because of this, we had to cancel our credit cards and deal with weeks of stress and complications with banks/OMVIC/authority's. I strongly warn anyone: Do not trust this dealership with any financial transaction. More

Every member of the team has a “can do” attitude and works hard to retain their clients. The gentleman they call the “professional” spent a considerable amount of time teaching me how to configure the functions of the vehicle. He helped me to connect my phone to the vehicle and showed me the various applications, tools and safety / security features. I highly recommend More

Bought a 2021 Mercedes GLC 300 new at Star Motors. . We recently had issues with the parking Brake actuators. The service rep did not listen to my concerns at all and was very aggressive. They kept the . We recently had issues with the parking Brake actuators. The service rep did not listen to my concerns at all and was very aggressive. They kept the car for over a week and every day or so they they called me and explained we needed more parts. They replaced the wiring harness and told me it was only +/- $150.00 but they neglected to tell me it was another $1000 to install..this did not fix the problem so they continued replacing parts…both actuators (one was brand new prior to visit) then the replaced the calliper by the time we got our car back it cost us almost $3000.00..after. Complaining to the rep.and the manager we were told if we want to help diagnose we should sign up for Mercedes school…extremely disappointed customer and we are trying to sale the car due to the horrible service so we don’t ever have to deal with their trial and error incompetence again More
