Worse dealership and service. Bought the car CASH ($37000) and bought the extended warrantee at the same time. Cars not even a year old and it’s been to the dealer almost 20 times Bought the car CASH ($37000) and bought the extended warrantee at the same time. Cars not even a year old and it’s been to the dealer almost 20 times now, and still they tell me that it’s a me issue not and vw issue. 1- Windows don’t go up And stay down in the rain/snow etc. When you open the doors or shut them. They replace everything from the motors, switch’s relays and still they stay they have no idea and I have video and pictures of it not working time after time. I care a garbage bag and tap just in case they don’t work. 2- paid for seats to get scotch guarded in they did not do it. Took the car for service one day and the Service manager told us they didn’t do it so basically stealing our money. Had to force them to do it. 3- they promise us a loaner car and when we get there they say they don’t have one or they gave it away on, when we booked it with them in advance day or weeks before. 4- radio issue that they don’t know how to fix and are guessing. Even the mechanic told us he doesn’t know how to fix it or what to do and the service manager has no clue either. More
