Went to the sale event and must say service and competency were underwhelming to say the least. Dealer didn’t want to hear out my needs albeit I reiterated my needs several times. I had high hopes driving a Volkswagen for 30+ years, but this dealer will definitely not get my business! There are more experienced dealers out there that will not look at making a quick buck. Not sure how people can conduct business with them?! More

Dealership accused us of wrongdoing despite having our car for 4 days. They accused us of having tampered with the catalytic converter. We had to show pictures which showed rust on the weld to prove innoc car for 4 days. They accused us of having tampered with the catalytic converter. We had to show pictures which showed rust on the weld to prove innocence. Also they did not do a proper safety as they never checked seat belts. In addition, Volkswagen St Catharines wanted to sell the car without mats despite us having them during showings. Certain employees seem to be very young, inexperienced and shady. We bought a car above value and dealership is not willing to compensate for it. They mentioned they would switch catalytic converters from a demo model on their inventory lot and reinstall our tampered catalytic converter onto the respective demo model. Everyone beware of buying an Atlas from Volkswagen St Catharines or the Performance Auto Group. More

I have been seaching for the wright SUV and the vw atlas meet all my needs and looked great . I needed a code to unlock the radio after changing the battery in my 2007 Passat, As recommended by Volkswagen Canada, I contacted my local Volkswagen dealer. After leaving two messages, they finally got battery in my 2007 Passat, As recommended by Volkswagen Canada, I contacted my local Volkswagen dealer. After leaving two messages, they finally got back to me, and I was told they needed to have the car for one hour, to hook up, check, etc. etc. - at a cost of $125. Really??? I went online, found a site, entered the radio serial number (pulling the radio was a two-minute job - thanks YouTube!), paid $12.99US, and they sent me the code. Took me 30 seconds to unlock the radio. Make of that what you will. More
