I’m disappointed with the experience so far. I understand that the CarPlay issue with my CR-V could potentially be a vehicle or technical issue and may not necessarily be the dealership’s fault. I understand that the CarPlay issue with my CR-V could potentially be a vehicle or technical issue and may not necessarily be the dealership’s fault. However, the process has been far too slow, and the communication and follow-up have been frustrating. I’ve been dealing with the CarPlay issue for some time and am still waiting for updates. I’m also still without access to HondaLink, which I haven’t been able to use since my last service visit on July 24th, even though my trial is showing that it ends in January. I understand that some issues can take time to diagnose and resolve, but I believe customers should receive more timely updates and communication while they’re waiting. I hope the dealership can improve the follow-up and help get these issues resolved soon. More
