Mark Enberg was recommended to us by friends who had bought a vehicle a year ago. We are pregnant with our third child and had done a lot of research on mini-vans. Plus, spent a lot of time searching for ones for sale as there were very few options especially 2018 Odyssey in white. We stopped at another dealership previously but all the sales person said was they had nothing on the lot and a shipment was coming in February 29 if we wanted to put a deposit down. We did not mind waiting but he did not do anything to draw us in. At this point I decided to give Mark a call. He was very friendly on the phone, I let him know what we were looking for and he said he would check the company database to see what he could find. Sure enough within five minutes he was calling back to let me know he could get a hold of one arriving between Feb 10 to 15 (it was a one month wait but exactly what we were looking for). We knew these vehicles in white were swiped up very quickly from the lots. He setup an appointment with me to test drive the only one they had on the lot. This is my first time buying a brand new vehicle and the price was not as negotiable as I had thought in my head, which was the only disappointing part. But, from our research beforehand we had seen a couple online which sold by the next day and knew we were competing with demand. St Albert Honda was also slightly cheaper on their list price compared to some other Edmonton and Calgary dealerships we searched online. During the month waiting process all the paperwork was prepared and Mark sent us a couple emails including a number of videos on the many features of the Odyssey. Which I found extremely helpful. I have heard other stories about pickup time where the sales person is late to deal with you and it is not a fun experience. However, Mark was right there when we arrived even to open the door for us and got the ball rolling right away on the vehicle we were trading in. All the paperwork was in order and prepared for a couple quick signatures by Sheila Daniel who was also extremely friendly. Mark was extremely attentive through the pickup process, especially sitting in the vehicle for at least half an hour to show us all the key features. My husband has bought a number of vehicles and never had a high opinion of car salesmen but he specifically asked me to give Mark a good review because he did an excellent job. He was not pushy, to the point which we both like and very knowledgeable. It really felt like a seamless process from start to finish and I would recommend Mark if you are looking to buy a Honda.
