The salesman and sales manager are a joke, bunch of crooks! Went to the dealership and met with Derek Mounzer, was trading my dodge Ram 1500 due to the fact my ex's name was on it and I needed it in my own name Went to the dealership and met with Derek Mounzer, was trading my dodge Ram 1500 due to the fact my ex's name was on it and I needed it in my own name. Explained this all to Derek and told him specifically I wanted the exact same vehicle with all the options of my trade in. He guaranteed me that everything would be the same and foolish me I trusted him. Went in to sign the papers and the truck wasn't on the lot it was in their storage compound. I still trusted him because he told me everything was the same as my truck. I signed all papers and went to pick my truck up the next evening and when I got in the truck it was nothing like the one I traded, at which point I was so angry I was in tears, I told Derek that I wanted my own truck back and he once again told me that he would make everything right! xxxxxxxx, they installed an aftermarket bluetooth system in which the proceeded to glue it onto the dash of a new truck without even consulting me. I contacted the sales manager several times after no satisfaction I contacted Dodge Canada and was told that they spoke to Brandon and he would be calling me. Never heard anything, needless to say I hated the new truck and what was suppose to be a Happy day for me ended in tears. After a month I took to Derrick Dodge and they got me out of the truck and into the truck I wanted. I purchased 3 vehicles from St Albert Dodge and will never step foot in that place again! I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from them. Go to Derrick Dodge at least they take the time to go through every little detail in the vehicle with nothing hidden! More

Great experience Shannon was very knowledgeable when it came to the technology that the Jeep Cherokee that I bought had. Pleasing, refreshing to deal with well trained professionals Shannon Stunt and Monica Christensen were the sales associate and accessories representative that I had the pleasure of dealing with at St. Albert Dod Shannon Stunt and Monica Christensen were the sales associate and accessories representative that I had the pleasure of dealing with at St. Albert Dodge. I went in there needing some modifications on my vehicle. Shannon was very fourth coming with his extensive knowledge and got me in to see him instantly. He was sincere, fair, gave me multiple options regarding the discussed material and made you feel like your needs were being met and not like he just wanted the sale. Based on his efforts to go the extra distance I will personally be happy to deal with him in the future as well as send him any business I can. Monica whom was working alongside Shannon in the Accessories division also went above and beyond for me. She made a huge effort to call out to find out required answers, she got me the best prices available, and made me feel like I was a valued customer. Monica offered suggestions as well as made herself very approachable and easy to speak with. She also was very prompt on communications and call backs regarding our transactions. I want it to be known that I have done business all over Edmonton as well as St. Albert and this establishment is in a class all on it's own due to the staff and customer relations.
