Dave made it clear from the jump that he would do what it took to make things work within MY perameters (a story we've all been told before...) turns out he meant it! Very friendly and easy to deal with in a very genuine way. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push anything beyond our financial comfort zone. He worked within what we asked for and made helpful suggestions based on that. All in all great guy to deal with (along with Perry the business manager) and I'd suggest these folks to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Excellent experience. More

Satisfied Buyer The dealership was open and friendly which made me feel comfortable seeing as I was full of apprehension worrying about the "pressure" sales pitches I The dealership was open and friendly which made me feel comfortable seeing as I was full of apprehension worrying about the "pressure" sales pitches I encountered at the competition....but I was prepared! I knew exactly what I could afford and basically what I wanted in a new vehicle. Surprise!! No pressure.... I was welcomed by everyone and my salesman, Rod Elliot, took care of me and my wants in a professional manner from start to finish. He LISTENED to my wants and my expectations. He took time to show me all my options and satisfied my monetary commitment by exceeding my goal. That's taking care of the customer! I highly recommend the dealership for it operational values, its great customer service and their "no hassle" business attitude. Rod Elliott is the finest car salesman I have ever dealt with, and believe me I have bought a few vehicles in my day. That man knows his product line to a tee and he knows the full aspect of getting the customer what they want at the price they want to pay. NO PRESSURE to buy. I am sure servicing the vehicle at the dealership will be just as nice of an experience. These guys are fairly knew at this location but they are well equipped to take care of their customers. Peg Today I'm a proud owner of a new 2016 Ram 1500 Longhorn, with thanks to St Albert Dodge and especially the staff. It didn't start out that way... Peggy had referred me to this dealership after I had mentioned to her that I was considering a newer used vehicle. My 2007 Ford Explorer was on its last legs and the suggested repairs list was getting too lengthy and expensive. Peggy suggested I visit St Albert Dodge and have a chat with one of their sales people. I had my eyes on a used Ram 1500 and was prepared to pay cash for the truck. Barry Lundquist came to my rescue and suggested I take advantage of a current incentive of 0% interest over 84 months on the purchase of a new truck. After some dilly dallying, I met with Vince and inked up a deal. The following day I received a call from Roch to make an appointment to have my ProPack servicing completed. After a brief 'hold' on the phone, Roch confirmed I could bring the truck in at noon the same day. Wow...I'm thinking. For the time I was waiting for my truck to be detailed, I was tended to by their receptionist who welcomed me into her 'house'. She was the first person I dealt with at St Albert Dodge, and the last person I said "thank you" to when I left with my new truck. Sorry, I do not recall her name. But extended kudos to her...you know who you are. A short while later Roch called me advising that my truck was ready. He walked me through every aspect of what was done. I didn't believe this was the same truck I had bought. Peggy had told me she would 'take good care of my new baby and have her all prettied up". That she did. Thank you Peggy! Yep, today I'm a proud owner of a new 2016 Ram 1500 Longhorn. Why? Because the folks at St Albert Dodge that I had contact with...earned it. More

Amazing salesman I cannot believe what David Gibson and his team did for me. Im very busy with work and after calling him and telling him what i was looking for, withi I cannot believe what David Gibson and his team did for me. Im very busy with work and after calling him and telling him what i was looking for, within the hour he was at my work site, with the truck he wanted to sell me. He then proceeded to take my vehicle and appraise it and work out a deal for me. Alll i can say is amazing service. Ive never heard of any car salesman doing that, actually coming to you to make the deal work. I truly believe he got me an amazing deal on my new ram. Would reccommend to anyone and will definately be the first person i go to to buy a new vehicle in the future! More
