I was in the showroom looking at purchasing two vehicles, one for me and the other for my wife. Once meeting a very enthusiastic salesperson, it was evident that he was after a big sale, no matter the cost. To the extent that my wife was scared away with pressure to purchase without even test driving the vehicle she was interested in. (NO SALE) I needed good sound honest advice about my soon-to-be purchase; I also had specific requirements that needed to be met. I was told that this truck could do the job. I test drove and fell in love with my new truck. “Until” I realized it could not perform as well as described. After one day, I was not impressed, and actually despised my new purchase. I returned to the dealership and explained my situation to the General Sales Manager “Brandon Hebert”. I have never in my life seen such professionalism and courtesy from that of Brandon. He was extremely understanding, compassionate and sensitive to my concerns and experience. The St Albert team “Vince Lee, Clint Plante, Marty Dabrowski and lead by Brandon Hebert” as a whole, came together and found a solution that I could work with. I truly believe I made several great new friends, just because of the hospitality, courteousness and true understanding they displayed. After this experience, I can and will recommend St. Albert Dodge to my friends, family and business partners. Great Job to everyone! More

Inspection was done with maximum attention and nothing was missed, right after inspection I had a chance to talk to mechanics and learn a lot from them this time, they acted very reliable and professional. I followed their recommendations and got my Jeep done and parts replaced as suggested. Service was completed sooner then expected, and once I got my Jeep back I was convinced Jeep was in the right hands, Jeep runs like new again, has more power and torque, engine is quieter, transmission is shifting very smooth. I will never look for better Jeep service within Alberta Chrysler Jeep dealers. More

I have now changed my opinion, Shannon was so informative and helpful and got me into the truck I've always wanted, fully loaded Ram 1500 Sport.
