Due to some incorrect data on my nieces' credit report she was having difficulty getting financing anywhere. NO other dealership would tell her what the issue was. Daylan was very professional & carefully explained the problem to us. Once we had that info we were able to solve the problem & continue with making a car purchase. While we worked on that, Chad did his best to find us a couple of vehicles that met her requirements for us to choose from. Both Daylan & Chad made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Daylan took the time to explain any terms that were new to us & answer any questions we had to our satisfaction. Nice deal and good trade in value I came in just to look around initially for a certain truck I wanted as well as spitball a ballpark value for the car I was trading in. Was pleasantly surprised with non pushy customer service. While I believe I could have gotten more money selling privately, this dealership gave me the best quoted value for the vehicle I was trading in despite the condition it was in. This in turn with some negotiating got me a very nice deal on the vehicle I wanted. I'm not a huge fan of the warranty packages offered though. I do wish it could be split up more specifically to what I wanted but that just means more TLC and aftermarket care products on my side after purchase which is not an issue to me. More
