Excellent Customer Service I have been going to this dealership for a while now...since 2014(?). Everytime I have come here, the staff have been nothing but exceptional in their service (parts, service, sales, finance, reception). They have always made me feel welcome to inquire and ask questions. I have previously purchased two vehicles from this dealership and I would do so again in the future. The sales team didn’t make me feel pressured to make a purchase that I wasn’t 100% happy with. They worked with me to get the vehicle that I wanted with a decent trade-in value and vehicle price. Very Disappointed I purchased my Dodge Caravan 2015 from this dealership. When I brought the van home, I noticed that tools kit(jack etc) was missing from the compartme I purchased my Dodge Caravan 2015 from this dealership. When I brought the van home, I noticed that tools kit(jack etc) was missing from the compartment. Also the mates were removed and never put back. I phoned them immediately and a guy promised to look into it.......since then, no action, no response. More
