Very Disappointed I purchased my Dodge Caravan 2015 from this dealership. When I brought the van home, I noticed that tools kit(jack etc) was missing from the compartme I purchased my Dodge Caravan 2015 from this dealership. When I brought the van home, I noticed that tools kit(jack etc) was missing from the compartment. Also the mates were removed and never put back. I phoned them immediately and a guy promised to look into it.......since then, no action, no response. More

Over the top customer service !!!! I was in the market for a new vehicle, and while sitting in the airport in Edmonton I found what I was looking for on St. Albert dodge website.
