My appoitment on the 17th of October did the necessary maintence program and install winter tires. Early in the morning received a call for approval to replace the air filter and treatment of rust on the maintence program and install winter tires. Cheated me on my purchase of Sienna van, billed few thousands $ higher than market price based on actual mileage. Later I found the mistake on bill they printed actual mileage. Also, delivered the Sienna with middle raw bucket seats were fixed in swapped position. When I was reported, this issues, they offered $400 and says it's a huge amount refunding me. Finally they realized the seriousness of it's consequences after I explained to them, Spinelli paid me back total of $2k including tax. Horrible experience. More
