Worst Service Department I've dealt with. I've had a Toyota for 10 years. You can never speak to a live person, you always get a recording. Appointments require lots of messages being left back and forth. Service takes hours to complete. You need to be ready to leave your car for 6-8 hours for routine services like oil changes or tire changes. More
